Ravish Media Pty Ltd (ABN 15 687 680 173) ("Ravish Media", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in providing our services, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, mobile number, email, the services you're interested in, your budget range, how you found us and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which marketing is working.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, quote and provide our services, and to keep a record of our communication. We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us using trusted service providers: our website host (Vercel), our email delivery service (Resend), Google (Gmail) and Telegram for internal notifications. These providers may store data outside Australia. They process it only to deliver the service to us.
If we run lead-generation campaigns for a client, enquiries made to that client are passed to that client so they can respond.
Advertising and analytics
We may use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising and analytics tools to measure how visitors use this site and to show our ads to people who have visited. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jdravishmedia@gmail.com or calling 0477 775 888. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Our Google and Meta business apps
Ravish Media uses an internal Google app to manage its own Gmail and Google Drive, and a Meta business app to manage and report on advertising for itself and for clients who grant access through Meta Business Manager. Google user data is used only for that purpose, is not sold or used for advertising, and our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
