What does social media management include?
Ravish Media's social media management includes a monthly shoot, edited reels and photos, a content calendar, captions and scheduled posting to Instagram and Facebook, plus a monthly check-in on results. Unlike most agencies, every post is made from real content of your business, not stock images.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Our standard retainers cover planning, creating and posting content. Comment and inbox replies usually stay with your team, because you know your customers and pricing best. If you'd like us to handle community management, we can quote it as an add-on.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Retainers start with a three-month minimum so there's time to build momentum and judge results, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice. There are no long lock-in contracts.
